How long do I have to wait for my recycling bins to be dispatched?
We try to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. This can fluctuate depending on busy periods so your order maybe dispatched as early as same day or as late as 48 hours. However for up to date information about the particular product you are buying please refer to the delivery & returns tab on the product page. We use TNT generally to deliver smaller quantities and Palletline for anything pallet sized or bigger. Once with the courier, goods generally take no longer than 48 hours to be delivered. From placing your order to receiving the goods it takes on average 2 working days but unforseen delays with the particluar courier can occur. If you need the recycling bins for a particular date then please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can you give me an estimated time for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot. If you leave your mobile number as a contact thought Interlink will send you a text message with a one hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
90% of our orders are dispatched for delivery the next working day if received before 1pm. If you would like to double check then please call us on 01684 292727 and we will be happy to help.
Can you deliver at weekends?
Providing the goods are in stock we can deliver at weekends (on a Saturday) but this is quite an expensive option. The surcharge for this service is £20 per order and we would need to receive the order before midday on the Friday.
If I order on the weekend or a Bank Holiday can I receive my order the next day?
Unfortunately not. If you ordered for example on a Bank Holiday Monday the goods would not be packed until Tuesday and would therefore be with you on the Wednesday. To pay the additional cost for next day delivery please call us to arrange this.
Can you deliver to offshore areas?
We can indeed but the delivery costs do go up substantially outside of mainland UK. The best thing to do is to give us a call or contact us by email and tell us what you would like to order and where you would like it to be delivered so we can give a more accurate quote. We will only ever charge you the actual cost price from the courier.
Can RecyclingBins deliver my order to an address different to my billing?
Yes that is no problem at all, in fact a lot of our customers do just that. When you go through to the checkout you will see an option for billing address and also underneath a tick-box which is ticked as standard saying "Deliver to my billing address". If you un-tick this box it will let you put a different delivery address in.
Can RecyclingBins deliver to my home?
We can deliver to your home address or any other address for that matter. When you check out just choose your billing and delivery address. If you would like the bin left in a safe place or any instructions just put this in the comments box on the checkout page.
My delivery has got damaged - what should I do?
If you notice the box is damaged then straight away mark the box as "unchecked" or "damaged box" so we have recourse with the courier. If you have taken the bin in and only found damage once you have opened the box then please email or call us as soon as possible so we can get a replacement out to you. To save any lengthy delays we will typically ask for a picture of the damaged recycling bin. This enables us to get a replacement sent out before the other goods are returned back.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
We can deliver to almost anywhere in the world but our standard and free delivery only covers the UK Mainland. If you would like delivery outside of this area then please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
