Payment Methods
We understand that all of our customers have different needs and therefore they will want to pay in a way that suits them. We make sure that all our methods are secure, keeping you safe when you place an order with us.
None of our payment methods collects or stores any personal information. If you have any questions at all regarding any of our channels please get in touch.
Credit/Debit Card
We accept most major credit and debit cards (including American Express) if you are not sure we advise that you proceed with the transaction and our payment gateway will confirm or deny the order.
Paypal
All payments through Paypal are redirected to a Paypal confirmation page, you will be able to confirm your order using Paypal. If you have any questions about Paypal services, please check the Paypal help section.
BACS
If you would like to place an order to pay via a bank transfer, we can help. We have created a BACS/Cheque/Telephone payment option at checkout. Click this and it sends the order to us, we will send a Pro-forma invoice this will include our account name, bank account number and sort code.
Credit
We offer 30 days credit from receipt of goods to all schools and some public sector establishments. We can also extend this credit facility to businesses on request. First orders for businesses must be paid for upfront and any subsequent orders can use a credit facility, subject to passing a credit check.

Telephone Payment
If you would like to pay via phone, we can take your payment. However, we need your order in writing before we can take payment. Please email the order to [email protected] or select the BACS/Cheque/Telephone payment which will send the order to us, ready for your call.
