Returns Policy

Our aim is that every order received exceeds expectations, both in terms of product and service. However we understand that sometimes this is not possible and therefore we have a 2 week returns policy. Should you order a recycling bin (or many) providing the bins are still unused in their original packaging you can return them at your cost for a full refund minus a small restocking fee (which covers our initial delivery and transaction fees) This will typically be around 5%, however we will confirm this once you have said you would like to return goods. If goods are faulty then there will be no restocking charge and a full refund will be issued. Please make sure that you send the goods back via a trackable and insured carrier as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing.

Please note that items that are made to order are excluded from the above policy. Typically bins that have a 10 day lead time or longer are made to order, and because of this it is not an item we can accept return of unless faulty due to the bespoke nature. Please therefore double check all measurements and colours before ordering. If you have any questions please get in contact with us first.

To arrange this please either email [email protected] or call one of our friendly customer service team on 01684 292727 and they will be happy to help. Please have your order number to hand, if you cannot find that do not worry as we can go look up the details from the customer name.

If the goods are faulty we ask our customers to provide an image of the issue. This allows us to improve our service and prevent it from happening again where possible. We can then issue a replacement or refund.
