This particular recycling symbol is meant for polyethylene terephthalate. The majority of products that fall under this category include: soft drink containers, beer bottles, mouthwash bottles, salad dressing containers, and oven food trays.

This symbol signifies number 2 plastics and they are titled as high density polyethylene products.
